  • 6 years for structural work

  • 2 years for non-structural work

While most pre-sale preparation does not involve structural changes, this coverage ensures that any work carried out is properly protected and completed to professional standards.

We only work with licensed, trusted trades, so you can feel confident in the quality and compliance of the work from start to finish.
