The owner wanted to prepare the property for sale but also wanted to enjoy the perks of a refreshed home before selling, so they opted for a refurbishment of the kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and laundry instead of a full renovation to minimise cost and time.
Their other goal was to work with a team who could complete the works quickly but also maintain a clean house whilst they were living there. And that’s exactly what we delivered – the project took only 3 weeks to complete. Keep it light and bright!
The owner of this property wanted to upgrade her kitchen, bathhroom, ensuite and laundry to be fresh and light and modern. Keeping the original cabinets but changing the fronts only helped keep the costs down, whilst refreshing the home with a facelift.
