Our 7-Step Renovation Process
Renovating your home shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Our structured, step-by-step process is designed to make things easy, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.

Let’s Chat
We start with a quick call to learn more about your project and see if we’re the right fit. If it sounds good, we’ll book an in-home consultation and send you a project info pack.
2. 2.
In-Home Consultation
We meet onsite to walk through your space, listen to your ideas, and offer practical advice. We’ll discuss budget, timelines, and what’s possible. After this, we send you a detailed quote and agreement for approval.
3. 3.
Design & Planning (optional)
For more involved projects, we return for precise measurements and work with you on layout, style, and finishes. This stage may include floor plans or 3D drawings to help you visualise your new space.
4. 4.
Selections & Approvals
Together, we lock in the details—tiles, fittings, colours, and all key materials. You can supply items yourself or order through us. Either way, we’ll make sure everything fits the plan and is approved before moving forward.
5. 5.
Pre-Renovation Setup
Behind the scenes, we finalise the schedule, confirm trade availability, and order materials. Once everything is lined up, we’ll give you a confirmed start date and prepare you for what’s ahead.
6. 6.
Construction
Now it’s time to build. Our team runs the schedule, coordinates trades, and keeps you in the loop. You’ll receive regular updates, site checks, and weekly walkthroughs to ensure everything stays on track.
7. 7.
Completion & Handover
We walk through the finished space with you to make sure you’re 100% happy. Then we hand over the keys along with care guides, warranty details, and ongoing support if you need us.
