This renovation project was located in the lovely suburb of Aspendale Gardens, where a family of four sought to update their single story home's kitchen.
Owned by a husband and wife with great taste, and with the husband being a realtor at a Buxton Real Estate who knew the importance of renovating a property to make maximum profit, it was already known to them that Kudo Homes are a super fussy and creative bunch. So it was a no-brainer to bring us in for the project. The entire area was refreshed, including updates to the floor and wall colours, to better complement the new kitchen design. Our team delivered a stunning result within 6 weeks, resulting in a beautiful kitchen that exceeded the family’s expectations!

The owner of this property hired the Kudo Homes® design team to help them create a visual representation of their renovation so they could be sure that what they envisioned was how they expected it to be. As always, tweaks were made until they ended up with the perfect space for them.

THE OUTCOME
From a dated, small kitchen in a large room that was under-utilised, to a high-end, functional and stylish one, it was mission accomplished! During the planning stage, we suggested various options for the renovation and used 3D renders to help the customer visualize and make informed decisions about the design. We made several key changes to the kitchen, including replacing the pantry swing doors with sliding barn doors, adding a large kitchen bench top to utilise the space, installing USB power stations in the cabinets, an integrated dishwasher, and an appliance cupboard to increase the functionality of the kitchen. The client appreciated the clear and easy decision-making process during the planning stage and the communication platform which made it super easy to share ideas and updates. Overall, it was a complete transformation of all areas, resulting in a stunning new kitchen that met all of their needs.
