The rooms were small and outdated, and kitchen and bathroom not functional. We proposed making the apartment more attractive with a patterned tiled floor and furniture staging to boost buyer appeal. Due to budget limitations, we kept the design minimal. In the kitchen, we transformed an old wall cupboard into a built-in fridge with overhead storage. We also installed overhead cabinets and relocated the hot water unit to the roof cavity for even more storage space. New oven, tapware and more topped it all off! Then we tiled, sanded and polished the floors, added a fresh coat of paint to update the entire apartment, and staged the property to showcase its potential to potential buyers. Additionally, we re-renovated the recently renovated bathroom due to shoddy work by previous trades causing leaks into the unit below. The customer was absolutely stoked with the transformation of this gorgeous unit, and found it easy to make decisions based of information Kudo were able to provide.
