This client had moved interstate and needed a reliable team to plan & manage their property makeover on their behalf, so they could sell for maximum profit.
This was already a gorgeous property, but it had gotten a little unkempt as the owners were not living in it for some time. We were employed to get it in tip top shape, especially when it came to the landscaping, entry and private balcony area. We refreshed the inside also, and staged it for sale.
