We enjoyed working on this home renovation project we completed for a customer in Diamond Creek.
The customer inherited a single story home in a great location, but it needed some updates before putting it up for sale. The property was looking old and tired and needed a full kitchen renovation, new flooring, painting exterior works, and other updates to attract more buyers. We provided planning, project management, and both interior and exterior renovation services. The project was completed within 5 weeks and had a budget of $64K.

Our client needed to give this old & tired property a complete makeover to be able to sell for maximum profit.
We worked closely with them to create a plan that included a full kitchen renovation, new laminate flooring, carpet, painting, and general repairs. We understand that a renovation project can be a significant investment, which is why we offered a renovate now, pay later payment option to make it more affordable for them. We replaced the old kitchen, which was in poor condition, and took care of all the little repairs that needed doing.
