This project was a home renovation for a lovely family located in Aspendale Gardens.
The focus of the renovation was on updating and modernising a single-story home, with the primary rooms renovated being the bathroom, laundry, and powder room. The renovation aimed to not only update the aesthetic of the home, but also to address specific functionality requirements to better suit the family’s living arrangements. The scope of work included planning, 3D drawings, project management, and the actual renovation with a completion time of 4 weeks and a budget of $53K.

Our client wanted to design and renovate with Kudo, and we loved working with them.
Our client had previously been faced with issues such as outdated design and lack of functionality in their bathroom, powder room and laundry, and wanted to modernise it all. With some help, we were able to suggest various design options during the planning phase. We then created 3D renders to allow them to visualise the changes to confirm their decisions. Our solutions included replacing swing doors with pocket doors to create more space, redesigning the bathroom layout to make it feel larger with floor to ceiling tiles and a walk-in shower, turning the toilet into a powder room by adding a compact basin, and other elements to make the spaces more appealing.
