How long does a renovation take?
If you’re renovating to sell, it can be completed within 3-4 weeks, depending on the scope of works. Larger renovations can take from 3–6 weeks, depending on the scope of works. In either case, we know you want it done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We’re experts in project management, so we’re super swift and no time is wasted.
How do I know what’s included in my renovation?
When we provide the scope for your project, we’ll walk you through what’s covered and what decisions you’ll need to make along the way. We’re fully transparent and super helpful, because we know you want it all done without stress or chaos or financial surprises. This means you’ll have full confidence in the outcome.
Will I need council approval for my renovation?
Most of our renovations do not require council approval. However, if you’re making structural changes, approvals may be needed. We’ll guide you through the process if that applies to your project.
