Kudo Homes worked with interstate owners to modernise this dated property.

We focused on practical, low-cost improvements to give the home a fresh, modern feel that would appeal to a broad range of buyers.

We managed the project from start to end, with all improvements delivered within three weeks. These owners chose to ‘renovate now, pay on settlement’, which meant no upfront payment was required and the cost of the project was taken from their settlement payment.

THE PROJECT

This property got a Kudo facelift before it went on the market. New carpet, timber flooring, and fresh paint spruced up the interiors. The kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and laundry got a modern makeover, including new window coverings.

From the kitchen to the bedrooms and everything room in-between, this property was treated to the Kudo touch, transforming this property into a masterpiece of modern living. The journey began with a vision to blend aesthetics with functionality, creating a harmonious space that meets the diverse needs of contemporary living.

Outside, the landscaping was revamped for better curb appeal. Electrical and plumbing upgrades were also made to ensure the property meets modern standards. The goal was to showcase the property at its best for potential buyers.

THE FINAL RESULT

Kudo Homes was able to renovate and style the property to achieve a sale price of $1,013,000 – which exceeded the clients highest hopes. We achieved this result within two weeks with a budget of $62195, with nothing for the owners to pay until settlement. 

Selling price: the property sold for $1.013,000.

Owner investment: our client spent $62,195 renovating this property.
