With no upfront funds available, the owners opted for our ‘renovate now, pay on settlement’ model, allowing all works to be completed and deducted from the final sale proceeds.
We delivered a full cosmetic renovation within just three weeks, managing the project end-to-end for a completely hands-off experience for the vendor.
Interior Upgrades
The interiors were modernised with new carpet, timber-look laminate flooring, and a complete repaint. Key updates included:

Exterior Enhancements
To elevate curb appeal, we revamped the landscaping and cleaned up outdoor areas:

Black mulch and Utopia stone added contrast and texture
River rocks and a treated pine garden bed frame modernised the look
