Design your renovation with a clear focus on what will maximise your sale price before work begins.
Design is where most people get it wrong. They choose what they like – rather than what buyers will pay more for.
At Kudo Homes, our design service is built around maximising your final sale result. Before your pre-sale renovation begins, you have the option to map out the layout, finishes, and overall direction – based on what will create the strongest buyer appeal in your market.
For those who want a clearer plan before construction starts, our design services means that we can provide detailed visuals so you can see how everything comes together and move forward with confidence.
Because when you’re renovating to sell, good design isn’t about personal style – it’s about what sells.

DESIGN FAQ's
How Long Does The Design Process Take?
At Kudo Homes, our design process is both efficient and thorough. Most design packages can be completed in as little as one week as long as we’ve got a good line of communication with you to work on tweaks after the initial delivery, to get your final vision realised.
Whether you’re after a simple concept to visualise your renovation or a fully bespoke design solution, we apply the same level of care, creativity, and attention to detail to every project. We don’t believe in shortcuts – just smart, beautiful design that helps you confidently move forward with your renovation.
Will My Designs Look Exactly Like The 3D Renders?
Our 3D design visuals are created to be as close to the final outcome as possible. While there may be slight differences – especially when materials like tiles or fixtures look a bit different in person – the overall layout, styling, and colour scheme are carefully matched to your actual selections.
There is also the matter of things being changed after the renders are done. For example, you might decide to buy different cabinet handles to save costs, or omit elements to save costs or you simply change your mind. Colors might differ as you decide you want cooler or warmer etc. In reality, the furniture will also be different, making the overall space look different than the renders.
Renders are a visual guide so you can better decide what you want in the end. But at Kudo Homes, we use available products in our designs. That means no unrealistic lighting, finishes, or cladding that can’t be sourced for your project. Whilst real life can never perfectly replicate renders, we focus on giving you a true-to-life representation of your renovation, and not just a pretty picture.
What matters most is that your design layout works, the space flows, and the final look reflects your vision. Our visualisations help you make confident decisions, avoid costly surprises, and ensure everything feels just right before we begin the build.
