The last thing you need when you’re trying to get a renovation underway is a long, complicated ordeal. We’ve streamlined the process to make it understandable and, best of all, fast!
Step 1. Contact
Booking a free in-home consultation is as easy as picking up the phone and calling us at 1800 882 442. If you prefer, send us an email to get the ball rolling.
Step 2. Consultation
The first order of business is to determine what kind of potential your property has for quick sale and optimal profit.
During your initial consultation, a renovation expert will go over a pre-generated property-value report. That’s a fancy term for a report that shows how briskly comparable homes in your area are selling and what kind of prices they’re fetching. It also reveals what house-hunters in your neighborhood are picky about and what they’re willing to pay to get it.
Based on their findings, the experts will give you their best advice about which alterations should be made.
Step 3. Quote
When everyone agrees on the property makeover, we’ll prepare a quote and schedule a second meeting. We’ll review the quote line-by-line and clearly explain what’s included in the quote and how much each task costs for you to consider. Once you understand the proposal, you can approve it or make changes as needed.
Step 4. Agreement
When you’re completely happy with the plan and the quote, you’ll sign and return a contract so that we can make a schedule for the project.
Step 5: Renovation
Prior to the start date, we’ll let you know what to expect. The process can take anywhere from a few days to three or six weeks depending on how much work is required. For instance, a three-bedroom house that needs paint, new flooring, general repairs, landscape cleanup and furniture styling takes around three 2-3 weeks on average.
Step 6: Photography & Property Listing
When all the work is finished, you can notify your nominated agent. Your agent will schedule a photo session before the property is listed for sale.
Step 7: Sales of property
If you have chosen our pay after payment option, once your house sells, most likely for a stunning amount that leaves you reeling in a good way, we’ll collect our surprisingly reasonable fee upon the deposit release or upon settlement.
Our past clients are always amazed at how easy and stress-free the entire process is from start to finish. The hardest part of the process is picking up the phone to get the ball rolling!
